Last week, middle school students gathered in the St. Joe gym for a pep rally.

The pep rally, which began at 2 p.m., was put together by the middle school cheerleaders under the director of Coach Sherri White. Students enjoyed music, games, and fun performances.

For middle school students, this pep rally is a time from usual pep rallies in the fall. Usually, pep rallies are dominated by high school students. This event allows St. Joe’s younger students have fun away from the older students.

“The pep rally was just a really fun time and was very exciting,” said eighth grader Derek Starling.
